  • Shipping Costs: Costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers should be aware that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our platform. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy:

  • Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Made-to-Order & Rentals: Due to the personalized nature of Made-to-Order products and the temporary nature of Rentals, these items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective product, you must report it immediately upon receiving the package.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. We will provide a return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
